FAQ

Those who are looking for an answer to the question «Are e-cigs safe?» often ask the following questions:

🚬 What are e-cigs?

E-cigs are electronic cigarettes. Instead of them producing smoke like a normal cig, they produce a vapor instead. E-cigs operate on a battery, and yes they contain nicotine. I view e-cigs as a tool to help someone quit smoking. At least you can use them in public places. However, don't be surprised if e-cigs get banned in the US soon. If someone just wants nicotine and no smoke, don't use e-cigs. Just simply eat potatoes and tomatoes since they contain nicotine too.

🚬 Do you smoke e-cigs the same way as regular cigs?

Regular cigarettes and electronic cigarettes are different.

🚬 Are e cigs nicotine free?

In general, vaping without nicotine appears to be safer than vaping with nicotine. However, the overall long-term safety of vaping, regardless of nicotine presence, requires more research. Although research is limited, some studies have compared the effects of nicotine-free e-cigarettes and those that contain nicotine.
